Mail not delivered to mailbox

Hi,

I am using outlook 2003. Everyone on my network is getting mail but I don't
recieve it on my local computer. I can access my mail from ouside the
network or if I simulate that internally from the local computer but it will
notdeliver to my mailbox. I have changed nothing in the settings and I am
connected.....any suggestions
