Mail not sent with Outlook Express 6

Hi,

I compose a new mail message and send it. The new message
appears to be sent OK, but never reaches the intended
recipient. This has been the case since an upgrade to
XP. All of the settings remain the same as they were
under Win 98.

Anyone seen anything similar?
