Thanks for the reply Steve
I have searched the many search engines and found a tremendous number of companies and software I could use. I was just hoping to tap into some of the outstanding knowledge gathered at these forums. Listening to you experts is one way that we "newbies" learn. And hopefully with this assistance we may not get taken by some less than honest or professional service. I truly apologize. I must have been mistaken as to the purpose of this particular forum.

You may also want to check with your service provider. Mine (a Apache/Linux setup) provides me with free list server mail thingie. I've never used it, but its there. It also has autoresponder and email alias forwarding setup...these I do use.

I like to keep things simple though, for my purposes, I create a mailing list from a FP form, then import it into Excel and build a email addr database from that and just put it into Outlook as a Group. Then when (and if) I want to send out anything I can send it to the entire group, or pick and choose who I want to send it to. This may not fit your needs, but maybe it will help..
