i have pics in file cant send them to mail recipient, says i need to
activated wizard i had free trail 2003

If you had a free trial of 2003, then likely that has now expired.
Either purchase the 2003 suite, if you can find it.
Or remove 2003, as its now of no use to you, and configure outlook express
as your default email handler
