mail recipients are receiving stationery as an attachment

Folks I send e-mail to using outlook 2003 SP1 (windows XP
Pro SP2) report they are receiving my stationery as an
attachment... I have the message format set to HTML and
so do they... any ideas on how to fix this ??

That's usually not your fault. It's the recipient's ISP--AOL for
instance--will not accept html. You should send those people email in Plain
Text.

This is definitely an OUTLOOK problem and NOT on the
recipient side... it was working before and the
recipients can receive HTML formatted mail from other
mail clients...
