HI, I would like to know whether it is possible to get a report in the
Outlook which shows when I have received a mail and when I have responded
back and the difference in time between the two actions.
For Ex. If i receive a mail from person a at 10:00 AM on 19-Oct-2004 and I
respond back to the mail at 11:00 AM on 20-Oct-2004 the difference between
both would be 25 Hours.
Can I pull out a report from the various View Options which can give me the
Mail Receipt Time and Mail Responded time. I can find out the difference
using Excel.
