Mail rules aren't quite good as in Outlook Express

I just did import all rules from Outlook Express into Outlook 2003 and they
changed because there's no option for use of "OR" logical operation as was in
Outlook Express.
My rules were originaly set: "Name" in Sender's address OR "word" in Subject
line then move to "folder". Now after importing them "OR" was replaced by
"and" so the rules are useless now.
Why isn't there support for "OR" logic operation anymore? Or am I missing
something here?

outlook doesn't support OR.... you need to use two rules. one for each
condition

i did realize that, but one would expect that full version of Outlook 2003
would be much smarter then free IE add-on Outlook Express. In this case it's
not true, because OExpress can do the "OR" as default function. So why didn't
Microsoft embeded same function in pretty expensive software pack? Isn't that
stupid?

Outlook is not a full version of OE. OE comes from the Internet Explorer
group, Outlook is from Office. The users targeted by each group have
different needs - and if OE better meets your needs, use it.
