I am currently trying to set up Mail Rules on a Shared
Mailbox which is accessed by 3 users who have been
assigned permissions to the Mailbox by a Security Group.
I am totally comfortable with the process of creating
Mail Rules on a single access client, but for some reason
I cannot get the rules to run on a shared Mailbox?? Not
even when I connect to the mailbox direct with the
mailbox user account!
Has anyone else experienced similar issues, a work around
or how to resolve the problem?
