Dear All
I Am Sending New Mail But Mail Gous To Outbox & i Manually Send & Receive
When He mail Go So Please any Solution.

Please let us know more about the problem,
Is it outlook 2003/2007,
Exchange server or pop3 or IMAP.
Did you create any rules to delay the message .
