Mail stays in Outbox

We run Exchange Server 2003 and when I send a message using Outlook 2003,
the message stays in my Outbox until I click on the Outbox at which time the
message sends. I've created a new profile but this behavior continues to
happen. Any ideas?

Have you had any joy with this? i have the exact same problem but we are
running exchange 2000 and we only seem to have this probelm with xp clients
