I see a lot of posts regarding this but none really seem to apply. I
have a client that is connected over the LAN to an Exchange Server.
Profile Contains a Mailbox, set to keep mail on the server, and a PST
for storage. Yes the person has a "save replies with originals"
turned on but we have investigated turning it off and still had the
issue. The server is located across a WAN link - the specifics of
which I am attempting to get. Different messages seem to get stuck in
the outbox, they get sent (click send) they go to the outbox and then
appear as if they have been opened in the outbox (not italicized),
while a message sent moments before or after seem to have no issue at
all. This seems to occur with new, reply, and forward messages. If
you go in and open the message in the Outbox and click send it goes
out right away.
Another recent development is that at least some users are now getting
duplicate messages (I know of at least one that got sent to an outbox
the message went out - but still looked like it was stuck, was sent
from the outbox (opened and hit send) and then the recipient received
it again.
Thanks in advance for any info provided,
Kurt
