Mail vanish from Outlook when just receive

Hi everyone,
I have a Windows 7 64 bit pc, with Office 2010 32 bit, and sometimes when I receive a mail with big attachment I see it for only few second, then disappera. If I look the mail from web i can see it, it's so funny, if I try to re-receive it the same.
How could this happens?
