mailbox corruption

Hi y'all,
Another problem has reared its ugly head: One of my subfolders in my inbox
that I imported from outlook express is corrupt. By corrupt I mean some of
the dates are incorrect (this can be evidenced by the fact that mails I
rec'd in 1997 are place in yesterday's category). I rechecked in express
and the mails are okay there, so it appears it was the import.

Try exporting them from Outlook Express instead of importing them from
Outlook. That should preserve the proper dates.
