Mailbox shows twice in Outlook 2003

I have a strange problem. My Exchange mailbox is showing up two times in my
Outlook profile. I have the same problem on two different computers. If I
recreate the profile the problem goes away until I reboot. Then it comes
back. I've tried reinstalling Outlook and even deleted my mailbox on the
server and created a new one. Same problem.
The server is Exchange 2003.
