Mailbox Size limits and a growing Calendar

We are having an issue with Mailbox size increasing in exchange, but
the size is mainly in the calendar. Anyone have any ideas on how to
minimize the size of the calendar?

Environment:
Exchange Server 5.5
Outlook 2000, 2002
Windows XP Professional
