mailboxes

Our company has an intercompany email system using outlook
2000. It was set up years ago and I wasn't involved in
the setup. I need to add a new mailbox to our server and
delete some old mailboxes. I cannot find a way to do
this. Help!

You do this on the mailserver and has got nothing to do with Outlook.

On your server, active directory of users & computers will
give you access to what you need. You can delete users and
add users...mailboxes included. (right click, properties
etc) I am assuming you are using exchange.
