Mailing labels

I have set up my labels and printed them as i go along into alphabetical
order but as i've entered more date it has automatically gone into
alphabetical order and i can't only print the addresses i want to print. How
do i filter specific addresses to print?

Ideally, you should use mail merge if you want to keep your labels in
alphabetical order and/or filter them. Otherwise you will not be able
to do what you want easily. For example, if you want to alphabetize
your data now you'll need to do it by hand.
