Mailing labels

I am using Office 2003. After I complete the merge for labels I end up with
one page. I would like it to have a separate page for each set of 30 labels
instead of one page for all the names. If I want to print only a page of
these labels it will print out all of the labels from beginning to end. Is
there a way to do this?

What Office application are you using? In Publisher 2003, in step five of the
merge wizard, Create a new publication. This will create one name on all the
labels per page.

Are you saying you want each record to print 30 times on a page so you have
one page of lables for each record? If that's the case, in your Main
Document remove the Next Record field from all but the last label and try
your merge again.
