I was just wondering if someone could help me creat a link that allows people
to sign up for a newsletter that I will send out. Is this possible in
FrontPage?

It takes more than a link unless you are entering data from an email.

What kind of server is your web site hosted on? Is your mailing list done
with a listserv or do you send it with your email program?
