mailmerge and form fields don't work properly.

Hi there,
When I create a template with form fields and merge fields
and lock the template, and then try to merge data into
those form fields, it doesn't merge. Also when I unlock
the template, the mail merge fields work, but then the
newly created fax sheet doesn't retain the form field
functions. Help...

Mail merge and forms are basically incompatible. See this
