Mailmerge labels

I am trying to print labels but am unable to select the
addresses from the database that I want to use. The
programme insists on printing out the whole of the
selected fields of the database. In earlier versions it
was possible to print only the "marked" records, but this
no longer works. I am on windowsxp, Works suite 2001,
Word2000, works.wdb file. Help!

Hi David,

You should ask this in a WORKS newsgroup; the mail merge
interface for Word-in-Works is different than Word's outside
of Works.
