Mailmerge question

I have a form set up which shows one client record at a time.

What I would like to do is mailmerge the information from the form to Word
using the Office Links button. But the office links button isn't visible in
a form. I've tried adding it to my toolbar but not sure where to locate it.
Is it possible to use the Office Links button in a form in this way? I can't
do the printing that I need to do using an Access report, because the
document I have set up in Word is quite complicated and has nearly 35 pages.
But I don't want to have to close the form, select a query then press the
Office Links button.

Anway advice gratefully received. Using 2003 and I don't use VB!
