Hello,
I have an Access database and I use Word Mailmerge to send letters to people
on the database. The problem is that when I first open the document it opens
a copy of the database to read I guess, but then it opens another one when I
click merge, and yet another one as it is merging. It is not long before
there are 20 odd databases opening.
Does anyone know why it does this and how I stop it?:
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
