Mailmerging from Outlook XP to Word

I have tried to create and print mailing labels, (after
filtering from an Outlook address book), without success.

There appears to be errors in the mailmerge template:- I
have not yet successfully mailmerge using all the required
fields.

Where exactly do you get stuck and why do you suspect the template?
