Mails to transfer stay in "Send" box

Hello,
Some mails I received, and that I want to transfer stay in the "Send" box,
without any error message
Are there logs about troubles into Outlook ?

There is no "Send" box in Outlook. Please use the correct name.

Excuse me but I use French softwares !
1. OS = Windows XP Pro SP3
Outlook = Office Standard 2003 SP3
I don't know the exact English name of this folder : It's the folder
where stay normely the mails just before been SENT and put into the "Sent
folder"

2. and about my question, there is no error message. Can I find a log
somewhere to know why the mails stay in this folder ?

Are there events logs files when troubles appear with Outlook ?

Are you forwarding messages that arrive and seeing them remain in the Outbox?
Yes
