I have installed Outlook 2003 on a brand new Dell laptop.
My e-mail account settings are identical to those that
worked fine on my old laptop. Test messages send just
fine, but emails just sit in the outbox and do not send.
They appear as bold but not bold italic, if that matters.
I have downloaded and installed all available service
packs, and have attempted sending both with and
without "Server Requires Authentication" setting turned on.
I have reduced Junk Mail Filter to nothing w/ no results.
Seeking solution before I uninstall this version and go
back to Outlook 2000. Thanks.
