Main Recipient in PowerPoint 2003

How do I set up send to: mail recipient (for review) in PowerPoint 2003. It
is not in the file menu.

Make sure you have all the Service Patches applied to your version of
PowerPoint 2003 It is definitely there.

review or as an attachment, my powerpoint 2003 seem to not have the items in
it.

If you right click on a blank area of toolbar and choose customize (commands
tab) is it listed there?
