Maintain per-user read and unread info on an shared mailbox

Hi.
i have an shared mail account for my support team. We are 4 users sharing
it. I would like the ability to see if i have read an message or not. Now i
can only see if someone has read it or not. We are using exchange 2007
Outlook 2007. Outlook is set up in an hosted Exchange environment.

That is only possible for Public Folders.
Since you are with the 4 of you, you can opt an workaround like assigning a
color category when you have read it. In those cases you can also easily see
when you can delete "informational" messages.

is it possible to get the color category to automatically set an color when
the message is read?. Or do we have to manually select it for each message we
read?
