Maintaining dynamically created range co-ordinates.

Hi all,

My spreadsheet reads through Outlook mailboxes and display results of
emails into a ever-increasing range of cells.

Can someone guide me in the best direction for maintaining the start
(ie. top left) and bottom (ie. lower right) cells that I have
populated so I can automatically delete them when the user clicks a
'delete range' button?

It would be nice to put all this info into a scrollable window too.
Can this be achieved?
