When I convert .txt files in Excel 2003, I must choose Windows ANSI as the
file type in the wizard in order to maintain the international characters
from the original .txt file. Is there another way to convert the file so I
don't have to change this setting each time? Or is there a way I can reset
the defaults in the Excel file converter wizard?
