Major Screen Refresh Issues With 2000, XP, and 2003.

There are some major issues with screen refreshes in
Office 2000 and beyond. Following is the response that I
received from my bug post.

"This bug is caused from a different Microsoft product;
ownership has been transferred to that product group "

Hope this is fixed soon because it is a major pain. I
don't unserstand how a bug such as this can go three
versions of Office.
