Make a better way to edit / manage Rules!!!

I deal with a lot of emails, managing them using Rules, which means a lot of
rules. The Rules and Alerts dialog is a torture device when it comes to
managing rules. Start by just counting the number of clicks it takes to do
anything.

What I'm desparate for is a simple way to edit and sort the rules. My dream
would to be able to export rules to Excel rows so I can edit and sort them
directly (Imagine you have 200 rules, and you need to find which rule is
putting mail in a certain folder), then import them back in. Imagine having
to regularly hunt for rules, so you can edit them. Imagine the ~200 mouse
clicks it takes to move a rule from the bottom to the top.

Equally dreamy would be a folder attribute showing which rules point to it,
a report showing rules/folder, and even a stamp at the bottom of a message
saying which rule handled it.

"Ease his pain..."
