If you have a graphical editing program, insert the three pictures and save
them as a single picture. Then go to Format - Background -
Printed Watermark, Insert picture, select the picture, click insert, choose
the scale, click OK.
Or View - Header and Footer. With the header pane open, insert the pictures
using Insert - picture from file, the pictures will be anchored in the
header paragraph, if you let text flow around them you will be able to drag
the pictures where you want them on the page. Using the colour button on the
drawing toolbar you can choose wash to make them more transparent.

A watermark is simply a graphic or graphics inserted in the header view of
the document and set behind text (and usually with the option set to washout
the colour).
