Make a work schedules for my employees

What program should I use to create a work schedule for my employees. I am
pretty new to these programs. Also, any guidience with formatting would be
greatlly appreciated.
I need to schedule as many as 30 employees from times ranging 6am to 3am

Yes I did try there but the only one I found didnt fit my needs, so I thought
I should try to customize mine with either excel or access. But i need to
figure out how to put in time frames, ie 6am -3pm or 5pm - 3am. Also how to
keep a running total of hours scheduled per day shift, dinner shift, night
shift and per employee.

Any help would be great.
