Make acceptance dialog more descriptive.

I'm using Outlook 2000. When I accept a meeting invitation, I get a dialog
box that allows me to accept without sending a response. I have run into a
number of people that think that accepting without responding updates the
meeting organizer's database without actually sending that person an
acceptance. This is not true.

The dialog box choice for "Don't send a response" wording should be "Don't
send a response (organizer's database is not updated)" ... or something like
that.
