make buttons stay put!

I have inserted some form buttons on a worksheet that start a macro that
does some filtering. In the process of doing the filtering the sheet size
changes, and the buttons move or even disappear. Is there any way to
"freeze" their location on a sheet so they don't jump around?

Dave,

If you right-click the buttons, and select the Properties tab, you can
select the option 'Don't move or size with cells'

it works very well when the button is used to run the macro, but they still
slide up the page when I simply scroll down.....anyway to fix that, and
freeze their location when scrolling?
