Hi. I have some forms that have checkboxes in them. What I am trying to
do is, when a report is created, that if a checkbox is checked in the
form, something is created in the report. (I have about 100 checkboxes
and if a user checks one of the boxes I want the report to generate a
specific Avery file folder label for that condition.)
