make controls unavailable in powerpoint presentation

Using PP2002. I would like to copy my presentation to a cd. Have it start
automatically when inserted in a computer. I also want to make the controls
unavailavailable to viewers so they cannot make any changes to the
presentation. How do I accomplish all of the above?
