make in paste special "paste link" the default option.

This is the only reason I use paste special - to paste in a link to a file
saved elsewhere (in order to save email space which is restricted in our work
environment)

The current default uses more mouse clicks and the RSI is to be considered

Otherwise please make this an option in custom edit
