Make Meeting Request the default on the New button

Make Meeting Request the default on the New button- Is there a way to change
it from New Appointment as default to New Meeting Request?

Not that I know of, but you could customize the toolbar to put the New
Meeting Request button on the toolbar next to it, to give you one-click
access.
