Make Outlook Calendar appointments with color background or text

I want to make the appointments in my Outlook calendar with either different
color backgrounds or different color text fonts. I have to keep track of six
different committees, and having color codes would really help.

It would help us if you posted your version.

In 2002 and 2003 you can label appointments in colour. Right click it and
add a Label.

Upgrade to a newer version to get colour.
