Make Outlook my default mail app

I have changed from Outlook Express to Outlook. However
when I am in Word or Excel and do a "File/Send To" the
messages are sent in Outlook Express and save in my Outlook
Express sent folder. How can I send using Outlook in all
applications.

Go to IE and click on Tools, Internet Options, then click on the Programs
tab. Ensure Microsoft Outlook is the program listed for e-mail.
