Make Picture It! Express my default photo software?

I want Picture It! Express to be my default software to open photos, but I
cannot find how to do this. The actual software doesn't have a 'Set As
Default' option. I have downloaded the complete User's Manual, but there is
no reference there. Help, please. And thanks.

Folder Options | File Types and change all of the image extensions to open
with Picture It!

Sorry, but I don't understand this advice. When I open Picture It Express,
there is nothing called "Folder Options I File Types." Where do I find this?
