Suggestion for improving Outlook:
Search folders, as far as I can tell, search on "display name" which for
many people, change all the time. The e-mail address is more constant and is
a better way to make search folders that show all mail to and from a specific
person. In addition, a search folder for "Jen" (one of the display names she
rotates) brings up a lot of people named "Jen".
This functionality could already be there, but a search of the help text on
"how do I make search folders use addresses instead of screan names?" did not
find anything.
