Make smart tags more friendly to occasional users.

For occasional users, it would be nice to have a record of what programs/tags
we have already added so that we do not repeat ourselves.

Hi GrannyG,

You didn't mention which app or version but if you look at
Tools=>Autocorrect Options=>Smartags in Word 2003, for example
is there a listing of active SmartTags with properties?
