Make the Junk Mail rules work according to the specification

The rules for "International" simply don't work. I have indictaed that email
from *.ru is not to be accepted, but i keep getting them.

They work for me and others I know, so it must be something specific to your
installation. And explain, if you can, why you posted this as a suggestion,
when clearly it is not.
