"Make this page your homepage"

Hi, I often see web sites with buttons saying "Make this page your home-page" or Make this site your home-page" etc and would like to include this in my site and, if possible a line in my e-mails as a "click here to make xyz your home-page". I am not an expert by any means, so if anyone can tell me very simply how do do thi sin Front Page I would be VERY appreciative!!
