Making a call through Outlook Contacts using USB connected HTC Win

Does anyone know how to dial out from an Outlook client on Windows XP (
outlook 2007) with a HTC Windows Mobile PC Phone connected to a laptop via
USB? i would then use BT head set and can make notes etc. on the journal tab

Why would we? What does this have to do with Outlook? Outlook is not a
dialer. It is merely a database that knows nothing at all and does not
participate in dialing, PC Phones or voice modems.
