Making a Conditional Formula UNConditional

I'm running Docs to Go 10.x on a Palm TX.

I have some files I need with me at all times. They integrate with each
other using VLOOKUP, because they get updated pretty frequently. That
requires way too much horsepower for the PDA, so I create "Mobile" files
where, every time I update, I Copy + Paste Values so that the info's there
without the LOOKUPS.

However, I would like to keep the Conditional Formatting that's based on the
LOOKUPS.

Obviously, in Excel, the Conditional Formatting remains after the Paste
Values (after all, the condition is still there).

Trouble is, that doesn't translate to the To Go file. If I format a cell
using the format menu, though, that DOES translate to the To Go file.

So is there anything I can do that takes the CONDITIONAL formatting and
applies it to that same cell as an UNconditional format?

I hope this makes sense!

To the best of my knowledge it can not be done through Menus or Functions.
You will need to use a Macro which will loop through all cells and format
based on the conditions you use in conditional formatting.
