I want to be able to schedule a meeting and invite some one from my
contacts, but I do not want to send an e-mail to that person. I just
want to have the meeting on my calendar with the information of the
contact. Is therae a way to do it?
Hi Bernardo!
If I understand you correctly, you'd just like to create an appointment
for yourself with the contact's information in the appointment. You have
no need to actually invite the contact using Entourage. Correct?
I suggest you Entourage's "Link" feature.
Select the contact in your Address Book and choose Tools --> Link to New
--> Calendar Event...
This will open a new event window where you can put in any details of
the event you'd like. Save the event.
When you're ready for your meeting, open the event and choose "Open
Links" from the "Links" menu button at the top of the window. You'll be
able to see your contact there. Double-click to open it.
